i just went and got my old truck that my grandfather gave me when i was 13 years old before he passed away, its been in my other grandfather's pole barn for +- 14 years. i left my hands off of it because i would have chopped it up and rodded it out in my younger years and because of it being a gift from him i want to restore it to origonalish condition. it is a 1966 dodge d100 with a 225 slant 6.

no, gonna rebuild the 225 and do a 4 barrel intake, header, cam, ignition, and whatever else will wake the slant 6 up. also i was throwing around the idea of white paint and some pin striping then modern dodge 17-20'' oe wheels.

looks cool. Is the frame bent the bed looks real crooked on the passenger side.
You can build a pretty stout slant six. We built a 225 for a customers duster last year. ported head, offy 360, split duals, comp solid. It ran pretty good. Way better than stock anyway.
