mufflers that are quiet, but flow QT
Hello, I put 5.3 in a 71 chevy truck. Looking for advice on mufflers. Flowmasters are too loud and I have Dynomax on another truck, but still too loud. This will be my work truck. It will have dual exhaust run to he back. The mufflers will be in the front /bed area, outside the frame. Do not want resonation at cruising speed. Any tips? Thanks a bunch, Alan

Gone, but not forgotten!
I used a 22" long 5X11 oval, dual 2.5"in/out magnaflow, very quiet until wide open throttle but still wasn't too loud. I really like it.

My Dual 10" magnaflows are LOUD
I had two 22" magnaflows 3" in an out and they weren't too bad. The 10" magnaflows were really loud.

yep. sounds like you need the biggest magnaflow made.
