95 Blazer won't go into 4 Hi

The wife has a 95 Blazer with push button 4 wheel drive. We just had a good snow here in Arkansas and the wife's Blazer won't go into 4 Hi.. 4 Lo works fine. The light just flashers a few times when 4 Hi is pushed but then just goes back to 2 Hi. Could it be a fuse?
