i had the TR55's in there before with the blower and it was fine, so i figured i would go to the 6's since they are for FI motors.

i already checked all my wires, and they are good. ive changed my plugs before with no problems. help.

possibly cracked a porcelin insulator on the spark plugs? It happens so often it's not funny. If you get a misfire on a specific cylinder after plugs that is where I would start. The awkward angle that it takes to put a socket on the plug makes it highly likely a plug got cracked. Go out in the dark, open the hood with the engine running and see if you can see arching around the plugs.

I had bad plug wires before... never once cracked a plug itself.
