    Need help building a 6.0

So i need some help figuring out what im doing, I have a 99 cast 6.0 that i am going to build. I also have a pair of 99 camaro heads and im not sure if they will just bolt on or if i need to get different heads. I thought about lq9 heads but not sure if that would be best, i plan on carb set up. I'm a rookie at the ls engine stuff so i need a bit of a guiding light. Thanks.

The LS1 heads will give a bit more compression but the 317s will flow better. the LS1 heads also have a bit smaller bore possibly creating hot spots in the quench area. Go 317s
