Are you having the same trans built each time? From what I;ve been told, multiple rebuilds in the same case will usually result in issues. I dunno...
Might consider a TH400 and some 3:23's.

What the crap Dale? How can it be breaking THIS MUCH. Ive heard of bad luck but at some point you need to break down and upgrade to something alot more serious then the 4l60......

i was the same way. my stocker ran 86000 with zero issues. then the plastic accumulator piston broke.. i got a built tranny.. tons of problems. it finally gave out for the last time in january, then i got a fully built with a billet output.. i feel your pain brother!

Damn the bad luck.
See if he'll exchange your transmission under warranty for something else because it's clear that one has got to have something really wrong with it. Could be a bad pump, housing or a crack somewhere in it.
