Had to take the little womans Trailblazer in the other week. Her drv. side window went out, and ONLY 3000 miles out of warranty. Had them replace the fuel filter to while they were at it. Well after coughing up the 507 for the work, I asked them to price me a torque converter for it ('03 Chevy Trailblazer) and I was expecting the 2-300 range like I've been hearing and I get surprized w/ a 445 price quote plus a 100 dollar core. Thats 545 for a part that I know people are getting elsewhere for south of 200!!! No wonder they call it a STEALERSHIP...Zed

Damn, somebody's getting some great prices on converters. The best prices I ever see for GM parts in from GMPARTSDIRECT.COM and they aren't cheap.
