Hello everyone I have a 1999 5.3 silverado that has 207,000 on it and the bottom end is about to go out. I'm looking on either rebuilding or swapping out. Tring to find out if a 6.0 swap is possible on the 99 style.. I was told that the truck will except a motor from 1999 only.. Either way I go, I'm looking to add some HP. This truck pulls heavy boats on a daily basis. Keep in mind that all this needs to stay in a decent budget. Any ideas.. Thanks
