Rules are rules. The Mods will tell you shortly....GasGuzzler had to do it on a new fuel pump not to long ago.

Also can you explain how this works? I'm out of fuel at a little over 5000 rpm...wondering if this might solve my problem.
All I can find online is it increases voltage to the pump as boost increases. Does the higher voltage make it actually pump more?
Yup. more power spins the pump faster = more pressure
