Need a little advice and help.

Okay here's the deal. I have a 2001 tahoe 4wd that im thinking of converting to a 2wd. First i need to know if its worth it. Second i need to know what this would take. Im pretty sure its just the driveshaft and tailshaft housing correct me if im wrong. I guess i need to let yall know the reason for this question. My transfercase is toast and i never use 4wd. Thanks in advance for any info and help.

gotta have the output shaft in the trans changed to a 2wd shaft, requires total disassembly.

Also might wanna take all the other stuff off. Of course that means a Service 4WD message.

Don't do it. Seriously. WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much work for nothing. If you want 2WD, sell it and get something else.
