If you want a video how-to or books showing you how to rebuild one, they're all over the internet. Get an ATSM guide for your transmission and read it over. Transmissioncenter.net has some videos showing how to rebuild the transmission. If its your daily driver you might as well just get it rebuilt and study the films and books later for the next time, so you can get on the road.
