    i dont understand how they could at all be punished for taking even more power away?? am i missing something, did they just put them there for the dyno, or where they there during the race too?

    They are showing the dyno and the officials they have less power then they really do. They get out on the race track, take the magnets off, and voila, more power then everyone else.

    still not cheating in my opinion, u cant penalize someone for making a better motor than everyone else!

    lol well everyone is supposed to have the same everything I guess. i dont really know how nascar works as far as limits and specs I guess

    nationwide does have a spec motor, but there is still certain aspects of the engine that each engine builder is able to mess with, and the gibbs guys and toyota have just figured out something that no one else has. IMO making them take power away is just helping the other guys that dont deserve it. toyota has put alot of time and effort into making the best engines so i think the other manufacturers should have to do the same in order to keep up
