    Hey Chevy fans!

Here with some questions for you all. I have a 02 Silverado 5.3L ecsb, i want to upgrade my ignition system with MSD wires, GEN III coils and a new throttle body from BBK. I know it will improve hp and some mpg, but is it all worth it??
And one more question, i have the volant air intake system first design i know theres a second design, should i upgrade to it, from what i see it looks better and bigger than the first.

    thanks

Save your money on all that stuff, IMO. Get a little large camshaft, maybe a LS6 grind. You already have GenIII coils. Good wires are always a plus. At $80 a coil for MSD new coils I doubt the price is worth what little gain you'll get out of $640 worth of coils from MSD. Get some long tube headers to go with the cam and you'll feel the difference and get some good mileage. Of course you will want to get Allen to program you a new PCM for all the new goodies.

Nelson tune and TG shift kit. If you have your heart set on "bolting" something on, then on headers and cam.

Maybe some guys who have the newer model Volants can chime in on the CAI deal.
