    LS Header Flanges

I'm taking a poll, how much interest would I have if I was to burn out a bunch of 3/8" thick header flanges. Right now I'm planning on 50 - 200 sets, not sure if anyone else needs some or not. I'm planning on making them 3/8 inch thick out of A572 grade 50 plate material, it's 50 KSI material and good workability and weldability.

burn them out of 1/2" or you're wasting metal. Need material to grind down. GM sells them for under $20 so be prepared.

Do they sell 1/2" or 3/8"? Is it $20 for a pair?

They sell 1/2" that has been blanchard ground flat on one side, about .470" thick. They're $20 each.

Anyone have a OE blueprint that shows the locations and diameter of the stock ports on an intake manifold and fastener locations?
