I'm installing a 1997 Vortec 350 into a '81 Monte and I wanted to know if anyone has suggestions for what a good electric fuel pump would be and how much PSI to run for the 600 Holley.
    Engine is staying totally stock.

The old 267 had the mechanical pump but the 350 doesn't have the option for that.

    Thanks for the help, TY

6-8 lbs is the most a normal carb needle seat can handle. Almost any cheap electric fuel pump will handle the load but you will definitely want a pump that is adjustable or you'll need to add an external regulator.

i use a holley red series elect pump on mine..i belive they are set at 7 or 8 lbs factory and are non-adjustable. I have a gauge on mine and runs right at 7..its a little noisey but most electric pumps are..any chance you want to get rid of the vortech indcution? intake, tb, injectors etc..?
