Me and my son are sittin at the drive thru at McDonalds and out of nowhere theres a guy at my passenger window...Hey! You willin to race a lightly modded stang?......Duh! OK then he starts tellin me what hes got......What time and where at(hes not in his car) He says after 9 in Azle...cool ,im there! After thinkin on it ,I pull my tailgate and spare(just in case) and whip out the laptop and flash my race tune and head for town.I pull up to his house and all his buddies come out and see me....OH shit dude I know you! You stomped my brothers truck last week!He looks at the guy with the stang and says"I hope you didnt put money on this!" I told him its just for shits and grins....unless you want to...LOL.Long story short...20 punch,40,60 and standing start...at least 2 truck lenghts every time....we pulled over in town and shot the shit for a minute and parted ways.My son was kinda bummed about it,"Dang dad!He never got close,what was He thinkin!" Sorry it was sooo boring for ya! LMAO

I dont get stupid with it....but I dont back down from anybody.And there is alot of guys that think there shit is fast.some are ,most are not!On a bad note, an 18 year old was killed last week on a bike racing a car...In traffic no less! He fell and the traffic killed him! He got rolled three or four times...poor guy.Street racing is not safe and you have to use your head for sometin besides a hat rack or you will die! Just gotta be careful guys...Later

I had a guy in a RCSB ford truck try to race me on my way home tonight. He had a triple pillar guage setup so he must have thought that makes it fast. Long story short, he got a fleeting glance of my tail light as I was driving away. BTW, it's still just the little LS1 rattling along under the hood with stock cam and ticking lifters.

Congrats on the thrashing.

I remember when a tach and some stickers on the window would give ya like 20 or 30 horsepower...LOL Uasally the only guy in town that wants to race all the time ,has a 600 horse lightning...like thats a fair race :flipoff:
