Hi, I am looking for some information on getting the gears and locker switched in my 06 Sierra Z71. I am probably going to go to Randy's Ring and Pinion because I have heard that they are a reputable shop. Pricing on the 4.10 Yukons seem pretty reasonable but the only thing that makes me hesitate is the labor. Is this something that I should just pay for due to inexperience or is it a fairly easy swap?

I want to get a locker installed while it is apart and Randy's recommended an Eaton because they are rebuildable. I currently have the G80 in it and was under the impression that this is an Eaton unit. I really don't want to pay $550 for a locker and find out that they put in exactly what I had in the first place.
