If security access is denied, the vehicle was probably tuned by someone else and they locked it. Has the VCM been tuned that you know of?

I think the only persom that can help me is allen . he is the one that did my tuneing.
Allen locks the PCM so someone can't tune behind him, kill their truck and blame him for not tuning it right.
