what should i expect from a custom tune that i will be getting on friday? WEll this friday the 9th i shall be getting a custom tune done on my truck. My truck is a chevy silverado 5.3L with headers intake and full exhaust. I had a throttle body spacer on but the guy at synergymotor sports recommend it to take it off before i go. Also my ? is how much hp should i gain? and would it be worth the money im paying for the custom tuine

It all depends on who does the tuning and if it's mail order or live. Live tuning is always the best. Some mail order tunes are better off not being done. Definitely know your tuner or their reputation.

Sounds like a good deal. Yeah, about 30 HP should be easy to get. Who is tuning it for you?

5 hours seems like a lot of time unless you are putting it on the Dyno....

If he is extremely an@l retentive it may be worth the wait.
