Yoiu have to disable add codes in editor, the scanner is only temporary changes. It's gonna take a little driving to throw the code for the rear o2's, its one of those codes that takes a few drive cycles. and it has to go through how ever many drive cylces twice to set the code.
Log STIT (short term idle trims) and LTIT (long term idle trims). Also log IAC counts. I would log the trims in g/sec because its a bit more accurate. Add the STIT to the LTIT and enter the difference in the Base running airflow table and give it some learn time before giving it another run. Once its real close, if your IAC counts arent around 60-70 at warm idle, I would start by enlarging the hole in the TB one size at a time until you get them close. You will have to do the idle trim logging in both gear and in park to get them both lined up.
