For Allen or any of you guys using Hptuners with the enhanced interface, will 14 gauge wire be too large to run to the interface for my wideband. I think the guage on my wideband is 22 guage or something, but yesterday I ran 14 gauge from my fusebox where it is powered to the center of my dash where it comes out. i am using a 2-wire trailor type plug so I have a quick-connect option and wont have to unscrew the wires from the EIO everytime I remove it from the truck. I chose the 14 guage mainly because I am running two different grounds through one wire and wanted to make sure it was large enough, I was just wanting to make sure the interface would be able to handle it, and if it was too large, is shrinking from 14 guage at the trailor connector to 16-18 gauge a safety issue?

Allen doesn't have that option yet, just a matter of time he said. I'd go on HPT's forum and ask them or the guys that have been using it. I can't see too big being a problem though. The limitation will be the smallest wire in the circuit.

It'll be just fine, not enough resistance in the wire to cause any problems and more than enough to carry the current.

I can't wait for my cable either, it's been a long wait.

Tomorrow is the day for them to clean house on all orders supposedly, they have my cable since Monday so hopefully tomorrow is the day, I have had my wideband since december and its killing me not being able to dial in VE and MAF completely! I cant wait to see how the truck pulls when the PE is actually the right ratio! I am commanding 12.8 and the WB reads 12.3, just a little richer than i want!
