i have a 1994 4x4 suburban, we pulled motor, tranny, transfer case or whatever its called that controls the 4 wheel drive. to get out the transfer case, we had to pull the torsion bars. so what is the easiest way to re-install these? it was a hassle taking them out and there has got to be an easier way to install them back? thanks for any help

Not sure on your 94, but a two jaw puller is used to turn the torsion bar (arms or keys I'm not sure what they are called) on the newwer bodys styles.

On the 95 4x4 diesel I had, all I had to do was jack up the front of the truck to unload the tension on the bars and they slid right out.
