    EGR question

Ok so I have had EGR turned off in the tune for 4 years now and have never gotten around to removing all the bs with it

So question is: Will this block off work with the truck intake or no? I know its pricy, but I have called the dealership and they cant come up with anything when I give them the part number that I have found through google for the block off.

I have a piece of alum that im gonna use to make my own block off on the exhaust side so thats covered.

Yes, he was going to use aluminum on the exhaust. Thunder racing sells a block off kit iirc, and I don't think its too expensive.

Youre right. I was going to use a piece of alum to cover the EGR port on the LT's, but if it will melt then I will go get some 1/8" steel and use that instead.

I must have searched for a different part number on GM parts direct Mike because nothing but "Invalid Part Number" came up when I searched. Guess I will be ordering one of them this week.

    Christian is right...

They have both the exhaust side and the intake manifold side.
