Don't think it really matters to much where it goes. It'll be reading exhaust levels regardless of where its mounted. If the f-body manifolds have the mounting points in the manifold, I'd use them. If you want to hide the sensors underneath, you could do that as well, but keep in mind, they only work when they reach a certain temp. The farther they are away from the heat source, the longer they take to heat up. The exhaust will cool the farther it goes, so it will take a little longer before the ecm will switch to closed loop.
