I cannot gaurantee that it will but 99% of what I know about them says they will interchange.

Wish I new for sure...this trans is in the GM crate and has a very good price. Anyone else have any input on this?

I'm going to say no. The 09 units have some internal changes on the valve body and internal wiring. The pressure manifold switch has been removed in 09 and your tcm I believe is looking for inputs from it. Also the prndl switch is now in the trans so the main case connector has added pins. I think you may not be able to plug it in. Vince
