    Transmission electrical problem..need help!!

So after doing the ls6 intake swap i fired it up and threw in drive and went to take off..all it did was make a lot of noise and not go anywhere. i'm guessing the trans is in limp mode? Its throwing a P0740 and P1860 (tcc soleniod circuit open and tcc pwm citcuit high or somethin like that) I checked the wires from the pcm harness all the way to the trans harness and both were reading like 2.2 ohms so the wires from pcm to trans are good. had an extra pcm layin around and tried it hoping it was just a bad pcm..it wasn't. still doing the same thing. the only other thing i can thing of is the wiring inside the trans or the soleniods?? im gonna pull the trans oil pan tonight and see what i can find. Has anyone else had this problem or have any ideas what might be wrong with my baby? any help is much appreciatied..

Neither of those codes will cause the trans not to move. Nothing else was done except the intake swap? Was the harness re-routed or lengthened?

it has 2nd, 3rd, overdrive and reverse but no first or overdrive lock up.. na i didn't mess with the harness or anything. all the wires from the pcm to trans were good when i ohmed them, so it can't be a problem with the wiring harness to the trans
