Wont run much different. It'll probably run a little rich, which isn't exactly bad. But you will have a check engine light on until you get the rear o2s turned off in the tune.

our cats act like mufflers, so would be a lot louder
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
It's a little bit louder and raspier, and if you have any drone before doing it, plan on the drone being accentuated a bit. The CEL comes on after a short while and requires tuning to shut it off, unless you can rig some spark plug defoulers (spacers) to trick your two rear O2 sensors. As stated, it runs a bit rich when it's throwing the rear O2 code.
