Gaskets, timing chain, cam of coarse, and you could go ahead and replace springs, lifters, pushrods, and retainers if you wanna know everything is good to go or if your cam calls for it.

harmonic balancer puller, 24mm socket, cheater bar, new balancer bolt, silicone, crankshaft balancer seal, front timing seal, new camshaft retainer plate, camshaft lube, torque wrench, lifter retainer dowel rods... basic install. Most reuse the stock gaskets unless they're toast. Check the cam retainer plate closely, it has a seal bonded on the block side of it. If any nicks or cuts, replace with a new one.

head gaskets, valve cover gaskets, lifters, new retainers if going all the way with new lifters.

Getting serious, new oil pump, LS2 timing chain and gear set, oil sump tube oring seal, oil pan gasket, oil, filter. a couple dial indicators with magnetic bases to help install the oil pump centered on the crank.

Ok, the gaskets SHOULD be ok. This doesn't mean they don't need to be replaced. Be very careful removing the water pump and gaskets so that you don't tear them.

I have seen the front timing cover bushing (where the front of the crank snout sticks out) go bad at way less miles. Its all in how good they look when you take them off.

I wouldn't use silicone or other liquid gasket makers or patch or secure anything. Just be careful, take your time, and you'll be fine.
