Hey Guys,
I def understand why you have to have a certain amount of post and time on the site for scamming and spamming folks, to at least try to weed them out.
I dont get this:
Ive been a member for about 2 months now. I have a RCSB i want to swap a 6.0 into.
Unfortunatley im slightly unemployed suddenly, so i dont feel i have a lot to offer as i cant really go forward with any mods right now. So ill watch and not post.Waiting till I post more doesnt really help my current cash-flow situation.

I think there should be instances where the rules are a tid bent etc...
