    Hot trans

Ever since the turbo install my trans runs hot. I mean just sitting at the carwash inline i got up to 275. Driving its 250 or alittle higher. Its an HD so i know i have the better tranny, plus the guy i bought it from did a trans go shift kit, bumped up the line pressure, kevlar clucth packs, billet to steel input and output shafts. Will a bigger trans cooler help?

You need to get a trans cooler and change the fluid ASAP. Once fluid gets that hot, it breaks down and doesn't perform like it should leading to premature failure. Wow....Tru-Cool 40k is what you need.

if you have the pressure bumped up in trans AND in your tune, might be TOO much.

You def need an external cooler, big as possible, tho I'm not sure how just a turbo would affect the trans temp unless you are beating on it...or have the pipe running too close to something
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

It absolutely couldn't hurt to put it on there. Your water temp must be sky high if your trans temp is that high. I wonder if you possibly have a plugged up cooler circuit?

+1 to all the above...I get nervous when my trans runs anywhere above 200.

Take a look at how much clearance you have between your trans cooler lines and your exhaust setup. Might wanna consider wrapping that exhaust.

And, +1 on the big trans cooler.
