ok, when you do a cold startup, the pcm detects the resistance of the sensor as high, as it warms up the resistance goes down based on the amount of oxygen in the exhaust, if the PCM reads that it takes longer than one minute for it to properly warm up it'll throw out P0154 and/or P0134 along with possible other codes.

you could have a bad O2 sensor, the heater in the O2 could be bad, a large exhaust leak, the heater circuit fuse could be blown, or there could be some damaged wires somewhere.

if none of that seems to be the problem, you might just have to replace the PCM

(oh, and you posted this in the wrong category)

another thing to do is to clean the MAF sensor. Bad readings upstream make for bad readings downstream. Check your fuel pressure while you're at it.

They sell a specific cleaner that is made just for MAF sensors, its safe for use and has fixed many issues.
