i know from experience you need a tune for bigger injectors. it will run only stepping up from 21lb to 28 or 34 but it wont run good. it will smoke and have very little power.
2008 Trailblazer SS LS2, K&N CAI, flowmaster 40 series, hp tuned
2004 Trailblazer 4.2, K&N CAI, hp tuned
2002 Camaro Z28 5.7 ls1, lid, slp loudmouth, bbk longtube headers, ory, hp tuned, tr224 cam, ported 243 heads, moser 12 bolt w/ 3.73's and full spool, and a 100 shot just in case. 463whp, 458 wtq 11.32@ 120 1.52 60' on motor no spray times yet

Wow, sounds sweet. Put the screen back in the MAF or just bite the bullet and get a tuner to do a speed density tune on the truck and you can totally remove or bore out the stock MAF sensor. The tune will fix it so you can continue to use the new throttle body. Keep us updated!
BTW, the Raptor transmission is built in Shreveport LA by transmissioncenter.net.
Also, what head casting numbers do you see on the ends of the top of the head behind the valve covers?
