powder coating will be the most durable finish.

Well i guess i will start this one off. How much money are you looking to spend on the lowering and painting/powder coating of your wheels? I have always had great success with McGaughys spindles and a rear flip kit with blocks just get some good shocks. as for your wheels i would say powdercoat it actually is baked to the wheel and has a thicker coating than paint! You will have to strip the chorme off your wheels before you do anything to them fyi.

They can powdercoat right over the chrome.

Some places blast them first if the chrome is chipped anywhere.
