    N2O leaks?

Got the rest of the kit hooked up today. Had a braket made for my WOT switch. Thought I was ready to rock. When first hooking it up had a ton of leaks around the noids... Well added some teflon paste I found at ideal. Covered the threads on the fittings well got it all tightend up. Opened the bottle everything seemed sealed. Well today while giving it a test run I heated the bottle up to a bit over 900 psi and now I have leaks again. Main one is on the purge noid. What do you guys use to seal up your threads? Or am I the only one with this problem?

ummmm hang on. Try loctite thread sealant that's supposed to be some pretty good stuff.

Threadlocking, Thread Sealing, Gasketing, Retaining, Chemical Fasteners vs. Mechanical Fasteners. Professionals Use LoctiteŽ.

you sure you used the right fittings? It should not leak once you paste and tighten... unless you tightened it up, then untightened it. Also make sure that none of the paste is inside the solenoid.

The first time we had leaks we took it off and just used more of the teflon paste instead of cleaning the fitting then reapplying. Could this be part of the problem? If I am taking it all back off to seal up better should I clean the fitting and use red loctite instead?

    NO TAPE!

You'll split a fitting or a 'noid....or worse, stick a fuel 'noid closed or and N2O 'noid open. Gotta put more liquid paste every time the fittings come apart.
