Does anyone else here realize that this promo is a big line of B.S.
It's still 10% off the regular price. NOTHING HAS DOUBLED IN SAVINGS.
I only hope that tbyrne will quit posting these lame offers and post when they are actually giving a discount.

I think you are the only person that has complained about a discount. 99.9% of people welcome discounts with open arms. Would you say anything if we charged you an extra 10% if you placed an order? You shouldn't because it would only be 10%

And to answer what you wrote - the savings did double last week. Without that offer the discounts would have only been up to $100. Again, most people are happy to save a Benjamin or two and ALOT of people did last week.

    Are you mathematically challenged?
You said $200 dollars off of orders $2000 or more.
What the hell is 10% of 2000??? Let me see....$200!!!

Here's another example: $20 dollars off of orders $150-$250. You would save about 11% if the order was 150...but if it was 250 you would get about 9%.

So if you offer 10% off of everything in the first place then the discount hasn't doubled. If you only offered up to $100 off of orders 2000 or more than it would only be a 5% discount which would be lower than the 10% discount you "claim" to always give. .

Let's get something straight. If you double your discounts then the you should have been giving everyone a 20%. Meaning $40 off orders 150-250 and $400 dollars off of orders $2000 or more.

Just be honest with us and say that this was just a marketing play on words so that you could fool people into thinking they were saving more than they actually would be.

    That's my

At this point your starting to become the fool, or just a little You have to just be killing time by replying to my posts because I don't think anyone can be that bad. If you are really slow at learning I'll try to bring this down to a 2nd grade level for you...

If there were no discounts being offered then you would be paying FULL PRICE. Yes, full price. So an order that would usually be $900. (for example) would still be $900. Discounts are available for all regular priced orders of $150. or more. This would usually save $25. off of the $900. order. Last week's discount doubled that to $50. So $900. - $50. = $850. That is a pretty nice savings. You really don't know to much about sales of this type because if you did you'd know that most of these parts don't have an extra 20% in them to discount. They aren't like clothes or jewlery where we can offer 20 - 70% off. If there were that much money in them then I can see offering 20% off.

Also, did I say that the savings was a certain %? No I didn't. If all this is so important to you we can make arrangements for you to kick in 5-10% towards all of the orders that are placed for a week. That would only be about $10,000 out of your pocket. I really doubt that will happen and at this point I doubt you'll be placing an order with us. Actually, by what I've seen in your posts I don't want you to place an order with us.

I believe Kinjo may be making reference to your past sales posted here on this site. Most of your discounts for items on sale were posted at 10% off and I believe Kinjo is making the comparison to past online offers of 10% off. Unless my education or lack there of are incorrect, Kinjo is correct in his questions. When you stated that "Our online discounts are doubled this week" I would be expecting $50 off of a $250 purchase since that would be 20% off instead of your normally advertised 10% off.

Thanks for the past discounts and looking forward to one day finding something I may need from your company.

I see what you mean but last week's promotion was for our online discounts. Those are a specific dollar amount off of regular priced orders.

These are what the online discounts usually are -

    Order Amount..................Discount
    $150.00 - $249.99............$10.00
    $250.00 - $499.99............$15.00
    $500.00 - $999.99............$25.00
    $1000.00 - $1999.99.........$50.00
    $2000 +...........................$100.00

Those amounts were doubled last week. As I mentioned above there isn't alot of $ in performance parts. You guys would be surprized at how much we don't make on some products.

Well I'm glad Greg knows his stuff.

As far as there not being much money in performance parts, your insane tbyrne.
There is tons of money in performance parts that's why so many people are in the business, including you.

And regarding your comment as not wanting me as a customer, WHO CARES!
You feed the people on here so much regarding discounts.
I have all the discounts in the world, I will ever need. All the things I want come straight from wholesalers or ebay. That's why I give you so much flack about your discounts, because I know how much that stuff is really worth.

So regarding Tbyrne and his cheap ass discounts. I salute you... :flipoff:

Thank you very much for the posts! I find them to be very amusing. Actually, I got a good out of the last one!

There is a Class Clown on most sites and you get the honor of being the Clown of LS1Truck.com. You seem like a very immature little boy who doesn't present himself to well in a man's world. That attitude won't get you to far in life. Little boys that think they know everything find themselves left behind at some point. You can now clean off your silver plater and get ready for everyone else to hand you something on it.
