    What heads?

I've been shopping around lately looking for a nice set of heads. I want something that will go good with my cam, but also give me a decent enough boost in power for the work required. The cam is a 219/228 .525/.525 112. I've heard quite a bit about the 243's because I know they are cheap to come by (vs. edelbrock, dart, etc.). I'm open to all opinions. Thanks!

go to your local yard and try to yank a set off of 07+ 5.3's. they are 799 casting. same as 243. exact flow numbers. the springs are good to 650 lift and try to snatch the intake manifold off of it also. flows the same as an ls6 only not as pretty. direct bolt on for your truck. thats what i would do if i were you and looking in that price range.
