Help Needed! 4 Codes after Retune

Well I went to autozone earlier to figure out what the deal was with the check engine light still being on. I figured maybe it was the radio harness due to the fact I dont have the updated one but it wasnt. They scanned it and returned me these 4 codes:

    P0420 - Catalyst efficiency low-bank 1
    P0430 - Catalyst efficiency low-bank 2

(Im assuming those are from having no cats, but I thought Allen deleted the Cats off my PCM?) Am I suppost to unhook the 0² Sensors so it does not throw codes?

    Then the other 2 are:

P0171 - Fuel Trim bank one condition

They said the fuel system for cylinder #1 was running too lean or something?

P0106 - MAF sensor condition (said the PCM has noticed the input from the manifold absolute pressure sensor or barometric pressure sensor has changed too much) (Could this be from the retune or my intake tube being loose or off?)

Any knowledge to this problem and all help is appreciated!

-----> ALLEN OR MELISSA! Are yall open on wedensday? If so could I swing by the shop and see if allen could fix this problem? I could also bring my extra PCM by that way I wont have to mail it

did you un hook the battery when you switched the pcm? I dont think you should be throwing those codes if the o2's are deleted. But Im sure its something simple.
Bank 1 is the driver side cylinders. That could be that the front o2's are bad, or its really running lean.

Yea I disconnected the battery for sure. Im sure it is either the 0ēs or my intake being loose or something Hopefully

when I had an air leak on my intake... it never popped a code... A/F ratio just ran a little lean. Like 13.5

Then it could be something with the MAF ...Damn I hope this turns out to be something minor...

we didnt even touch the MAF besides to take the intake tube off. Tommorow lets check your intake and make sure its tightened well.

You said you had code P0171. Normally if your MAF is bad you will also get code P0174 which is the same thing but for the other bank. Check your bank one cylinder one sensor and see if it looks alright. If you really want to clean your MAf though, Autozone sells some cleaner specifically for it for $6.99. It will be in the front left corner of the store near the carb cleaner.
