    Ordered Magnaflow muffler!

    Today I ordered a 3"in 3"out single Magnaflow. It's 14" long 5" round straight through. Does anybody have one and if so is it loud?
    2006 extended cab, 6.0 swap, full bolt ons SOLD
    2011 ECSB, 6.2, 6 spd, 3.73, 5" lift, 33" nitto, limo tint, debadged, volant CAI, muffler delete, black bear tune 14.0 @ 98 on the 33'sSOLD

    I have one. It sounds good, but I run a turbo. Not as loud with turbo, but a good sound.

    Well let us know what it sounds like because i have a corsa and it sound like crap with the turbo and im looking for something new

    Ill let ya know tommorrow,im installing dual magnaflows on my setup.im hoping it quiets it down,my dynomaxs are getting outrageuosly loud.im sick of em .whats cool is the magnas are straight throughs like the dynomaxs.i think redheartbeat has em on his setup.tell me theyre quieter red.lol.Good luck ,ill let ya know.

    I have a single Magnaflow with dual 3" in and 3" outs. I love the sound of mine, especially around 5000+ RPM.

    red youres have the crossover built in?

    yep gotta luvem quite in the low rpm range and well bad azz in the upper rpm range

    I don't think mine has the built in crossover, just common air mixing chambers.

    well ,theyre definately Loud as hell.at idle alittle quieter than the dynos ,but the second you get into it it sounnds like the old hot rod glasspacks,or cherry bobms.im definately happy not about paying $200 + for mufflers to quiet my truck down and it getting louder.dont mean to jack your thread but i thought you would want to know.any suggestions on how to quiet it down now.im thinking add another muffler toward the back by the bumper so i dont get the crackle.

    Well right now I have no muffler and my friend owns a shop so I got it for $100 shipped. It should be quieter than 3" straightpipe right?
