    fuel rails

    Ok so im about to put my motor in and i have already have the injectors and the fuel pump i will need for the turbo but i was wondering if i needed new fuel rails and if so what kind

    Junkyard 5.3 milled heads 200 shot, built 4l80e with circle D 4000 multi disc converter
    EPS cam 23x/23x 600/603 112lsa
    KP 6 link bagged with Accuair E-Level

    this is for the stock 6.0? did it come with the fuel rails off the intake manifold? I used universal braided lines on mine and then some AN connectors

    depends on how much power you want to make...if you are running the stock block then no you wont need new rails, if you are running a forged motor and plan on more then say 650rwhp then yes you will need to upgrade rails

    hes running a fully built motor....lq9 block....i think hes shootin for 700hp

    Greg he already has the fuel put and injectors and no stock rails wont do for 700rwhp, most of the stock fuel system wont, like the fuel lines, go over to ls1tech.com and do some reading, what applies to f-bodys usually applies to use

    Aeromotive fuel rails are the rail of choice for big HP numbers. Gotta have large fuel supply lines, at least one -8 line or two -6 lines.

    ok so I will need AN fuel lines from front to back and the fuel pump I have is a walboro 255 in tank replacement is that going to be enough
