thats so stupid. i was watching the news too david, and this guy stole some sun glasses from a gas station the clerk saw him an said stop then chased him out side with a gun then shot at the dudes car. The guy ended up winning like 1.3 million in a lawsuit for assault with a deadly weapon i want to rob someone and get 1.2 mil from it for him trying to stop me

Its something about under the influence of cocaine and flashing lights on a police car. You hear all the time of drivers under the influence crashing into parked police cars on the shoulder that have their lights on. Flashing lights are one of the biggest detractors of an intoxicated person's vision and attention.
