i have the pedal and module for the wire set up. i looked at my stock pedal and the new one they don't look anything alike.

I was looking over your parts list.

When you take this truck to get exhaust work done, you'll need the flanges that bolt onto the headers. No exhaust shop is going to have the triangular flanges in stock. You're best bet is to find a stock y pipe and cut the flanges off so the exhaust shop can start from there.

You need the corvette pedal instead of the truck pedal. The truck pedal sits about 1 foot off the floorboard it looks funny.

Some compression fittings to extend your transmission lines and good fuel/trans fluid compatible line.

Check out my pics on the 80e swap for crossmember pics, i'm sure yours will be similar.

Maybe an aftermarket oil pressure sensor.

I think you'll be able to just slide the stock transmission crossmember to its new location and maybe drill holes in the new location. If you had an automatic before, the stock shifter will work with the 80e. I would recommend you have a flat piece of material welded across the bottom of the transmission crossmember to strengthen it.

welp its over for me, parents decided that i can't do the swap
    here are the reasons:
    - in my city it is illegal to do major work on your car/truck in your yard
changing breaks, tranny fluid, any body work, painting, engine swaps, and anything like that you can get a fine of $500 a ticket, and the vehicle toad.
    - i have to work most of next week, the week i was trying to do it.
-my neighbors have already called the cops on us once for working on the truck and we got a warning, they don't want me risking it.

so i guess im going to be giving allen a call to see if he can do this for me.

There used to be a guy on here that did the conversions for an excellant price but I cant remember his screen name. mercano or something like that. He's up around Waco area, I think. Worse come to worse you could rent a storage unit and do the conversion there. For about $400 a month you can rent an aircraft hanger and have lots of room to do the conversion.

you need to do the security relearn. Search on here and you'll find the procedure. The VATS is keeping it from starting. You can have that turned off in the base tune if you know someone with HPTuners software and are willing to pay the $100 to license your PCM to their box. If you know someone that bought the whole year license for that year engine/PCM and you beg, maybe they'll do it for a case of beer.

i did this but didnt work
    1. Insert key, attempt to start the vehicle and leave the key in the ON position.
In some vehicles, the Battery and Security light will blink for several seconds, and then shut off. Then the Security light will then remain ON. Leave the ignition ON until the Security light goes OFF. This will take more than 5 mins.
    2. When the Security light goes OFF, turn the ignition to the OFF position.
Leave ignition OFF for 20 Seconds.
    3. Attempt to start the vehicle again and leave the key in the ON position.

    4. Turn the ignition to the OFF position for 20 Seconds.
    5. Attempt to start the vehicle again and leave the key in the ON position.

    6. Once this entire procedure has been completed (three times) your vehicle will start on the fourth attempt.
