    Kind of Stumped

Okay so last week i had a nitrous backfire...got it running but when im just cruising at a lower rpm (2,400 or under) for some reason or another it just goes rich like AFR in the 10's just does it real quick then leans back out to the 14's...MAF and MAP are reading fine...any ideas?

here's what i have fixed so far...new throttle body...blade was bent....check the fuel solenoids to make sure one isnt leaking...didnt see anything and i let the pump run for a while (nitrous has its own fuel system) but on that subject when i have the truck running and idling i turn on the system the truck goes rich in the 11's then i turn it off and it leans back out....can it be leaking only when its hooked up and the motor is pulling a vaccum...i'm lost but aside from that the truck is great...hell i drove it 600miles this weekend with no problem except the stumbling deal which goes away when i cruise 75+mph

Could you have a bad cell in the battery? Watch your voltages as you make changes to things.

what are you getting your afr readings from? other than that, i'd say sticky injector/ and or fuel pres. reg.

If you didn't change the maf yet, try to use a buddy's to confirm yours isn't bad, it's easy and the maf controls a lot of stuff.

just because mine went out and it kinda did what yours is doing. check the regulator. here is how i checked mine

un plug this pressure line and get a bottle, put the end of it in a bottle and give it a start.

if you dont see any gas going into the bottle, just drive around the block but be easy on it. check it again, see if there is any gas in the bottle. if there is, then it is bad. they are about 45 bux at autozone, down here Oriliey's didn't carry it and no one knew what it was.

here is what mine did with almost a minute of idling.

    Good luck Virgil
