    Can a 5.3 be stroked?

    Is there such a option/crank?

    If there was, would it be worth it?

    you can get a 383 out of a 5.3 stroker.

    Eagle and Compstar are a couple I can think of right now. THen theres Callies and Cola but I think Cola is out of business now.

    I fond it not to long ago and he was talking about a shop that dose it dont remember who but it wasnt easy to find.

    a 370 is better than a 383, IMHO.

    ill second that a 370's gonna be safer to revv.. 383's a good street torque monster..

    using a 4.0" stroke crank and a 3.90 bore will get you around a 383. You can bore the 5.3 block to the 3.9, but thats it. Any more, and you will need to use a 6.0 block.
