i am doing a 6.0 swap into a 98 4x4 suburban and cannot seem to find a straight answer.
i have a set of stock 6.0 headers but i can not find any stock flanges to use with them. (if you have these please let me know)
my question is what header/manifold stock or aftermarket have been used by you guys and how did they fit.
get some 1/2" thick steel and cut your own flanges. I used 98 T/A stock stamped stainless manifolds, they fit really tight to the block and transmission. I also used truck manifolds without much issue before. If you can wait, NITROUS is developing some long tube headers for the OBS trucks and they may fit your application but they were designed for the 2WD trucks since he had one handy to test fit/build the first set on.

i wish i could wait. i really want to get a set but i need to get the truck running.
as for the 1/2 in plate i guess it could work but i would worrry about it leaking
