yeah that filter is the same as the ones used in duramaxes, they do need changing like a normal filter, I always get dmaxes that come in with mass air flow performance codes because the air filter plugs

They look like the foam True Flow filters - same concept. Pretty cool looking deal though.
At $400 for a filter/CAI, don't hold your breath guys for me to try one out.
