    6.0 heads

Hey guys, I came across a good deal on some used 6.0 heads ($100) and was wondering whether or not to buy them for my 4.8? I have a CAI, Pacesetter LTs, ORY, and am looking at getting a ls6 manifold and a big cam. Would these heads help or hurt my performance? increase or decrease the compression ratio? Any input is appreciated!

That would put a bigtime hurt on your performance. Don't do it, you'll lose compression.

milled 241s is a better choice than 6.0L heads. the 6.0L heads wouldn't be bad if you were going to run boost, but they just drop way to much compression to use na.
