If it's running good a cam swap is no issue. These engines are just getting broke in at the 100k mark.

Unless, the internal components try to break OUT just past 100K mark. Not to discourage you on this... mine (all stock) just failed at 111K. I'm one of the few owners (or former) that ended up with the "defective" engines. If the engine's got no issues or noises, do it. You'll want to budget tuning costs.

It just got minor things like a Knox when you change the oil and some people say it normal for this engine but I don’t know. I just know about old school stuff. I problem will have to replace the lifter because it has lifter noise sometimes.

It depends on who is doing the work and what vehicle. You just have to call around. You can get the cam done from $150 to $800 depending on the shop. Custom tunes are the same, depends on who is doing them.
