I got some e-fans off of a 05 Silverado for my 01. I also got the 34" radiator, 145 amp alternator, and the nelson harness....what else do I need? Do I need to change the alternator belt? Thanks for your help.

You also need to activate the PCM to control it.

Will the 05 fan harness plug into the 01? I don't think it will but not sure. Anyone know?

I was also curious if the stock 05' harness is a plug and play for the earlier models. Any ideas?
Did you just use the required fan portion or the complete front wire harness? I was wondering if the complete front wire harness can be swapped?
