you said the head bolt stripped, right, not broke off?

You can get it off by tapping the edge of the outside head. When you tap it, the chisel will cut into the edge of the head.

Unless the head broke off, then that sux, lol

I break out the trusty mig and weld something to it. The heat helps loosen the loctite some people put on the bolts. Thats the biggest issue most people run into. You can heat it up with a propane torch to soften the loctite before loosening the bolts any time in the future.

no it didnt break off, just the points or grooves torx style stripped, and the bolts are flushed with the retainer plate,so theres no way to hit it with a chizel ii tried everything, gave me a headache lol.
so i drilled a hole, then used a extractor, then that broke in one of the bolts haha.
after that i gave up and put loctite on the other 2 bolts and put it all back together.

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......

Just because it's flush doesn't mean you cannot use a chisel.
