yes with atleast minimal single 4" air tube. the tubing in most CAIs will become a restriction for a healthy 4xx cube motor

kiss it by if you want airflow. a good healthy motor requires as much as into it as possible or you will create a vaccum as rpms rise and lose KPA [lose power] ppl think you cna just toss in a motor without every partof the build that matches

how big of a throttle body are you running? 4" tube should easily support a 102mm TB since they're both the same size, right?

    think about it this way...

take a 1" diameter piece of house about 1" long and blow through it, very easy right?

now take another 1" diameter hose and make it about 3' long and throw in a bend or two and blow through it again, not so easy huh?

4" is a restriction on a healthy 4xx motor. just cause the TB is one size doenst mean the air track to it is of equal flowing. Like anything else your breathing your a straw, the biggest it is the better its going to flow. bends and length effect flow seriously

dual 4" running to each side of truck and behind the headlights or down under neath the bumper with scoops to get fresh air
